This is a great article. Well worth the time and it is really telling a tale of the times we are in. There are so many established companies right now that fail to re-position themselves in a good way with the evolving customer behaviors.

I have worked with several, but there is always a faction or some key people that are fighting change and want to protect their position to the point of failure rather than embracing the change and move the business forward. In my experience, unfortunately, it is very seldom you can just move in, work out a strategy and go into implementing it without having to get involved in company politics.
